The Commercial Real Estate Listings dataset provides active and historical listing data for commercial properties across the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Property types include office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use.
Each listing includes property address, asking price or lease rate, cap rate, square footage, lot size, year built, zoning classification, property condition, listing broker, days on market, and price history. Historical listings data extends back to 2016.
